and tired of seminar... :(

So, I thought I would share a recipe........

Do you like onion rings?

I do! I honestly like these "homemade" ones better than any others.

You take an onion and cut it to sizes you prefer for onion rings. Then you take either egg beaters, milk, or water and dip the onion in it. Then you coat it with bread crumbs. Depending on the bread crumbs you buy, it's TWO POINTS FOR THE WHOLE RECIPE! Bake it at 400 for 15 minutes, flip and bake for another 15 (or until crispy).

Try it, it's delish!

 WOW.
 

It's hard to believe that one year ago I was bed-bound for two weeks as my wonderful boyfriend stayed with me, watched over me, and took care of me (what a guy!). What a year it has been. Trying to get my life back in order health-wise and it's "going"... hopefully in the right direction. I had a good workout this morning (600 calories). All for now... thanks for reading!

Wow, I hate seminar................. I wanted my goal last week to eat all of my flex points and my points start over on Mondays... I really didn't have many this week, so today I am enjoying the "simple" things in life... like apple crisp and salami... don't worry, I am still keeping track!

Hello, my peeps...

I have had a lot of activity on this site this week and that makes me very happy!! That means that you guys frequently see if I have written anything, and lately I haven't held up my part of the bargain! But thanks for checking in; I very much appreciate it. I missed my sprints on Tuesday which means I worked out four days this week... not too shabby but I DID MISS, dang it. I was just not having it that day? Let it go, right?

Today I warmed up with the bike, then did weights, then swam. I think I burned about 600 calories. It was a good workout.

Back to seminar... send up some prayers, please.

I met with my trainer on Wednesday. She rocks.

I missed my sprints on Tuesday... campus was closed but the rec wasn't! So I can't use that excuse. But today I ran my "tempo" NOT on a treadmill--- so much harder! I didn't realize what ooomph that belt does! So, I ran three miles and felt great when I was *finished*. With my whole workout (one hour) I BURNED 633 CALORIES!
