Hello, my peeps...
I have had a lot of activity on this site this week and that makes me very happy!! That means that you guys frequently see if I have written anything, and lately I haven't held up my part of the bargain! But thanks for checking in; I very much appreciate it. I missed my sprints on Tuesday which means I worked out four days this week... not too shabby but I DID MISS, dang it. I was just not having it that day? Let it go, right?
Today I warmed up with the bike, then did weights, then swam. I think I burned about 600 calories. It was a good workout.
Back to seminar... send up some prayers, please.
