I am sitting here TRYING to do my work... and... stupid Scifinder is playing tricks on me... GRR. SO, this is technically due TODAY... I need a MIRACLE, people! And I was going to do my LONG RUN, well, technically, TODAY... NOT THINKING THAT IS POSSIBLE RIGHT NOW. GRR... Which makes me remorseful at my huge supper meal. Bud1 bought a marathon training book and he came up to me in my area and said "he says that you shouldn't obsess with what you eat... if you're hungry, eat, but eat sensibly with a lot of fuel (carbs) and protein."
Do you think he was making sure I would get my head outta my butt?!
