So...
I woke up late, therefore I had breakfast late... so bfast for lunch although it was still breakfast.
banana (100 cals; 2 pts) skim milk (90 cals; 2 pts) fiber1 (180 cals; 2 pts)
Snack:
Special K Protein bar (180 cals; 3 pts)
Supper or do I mean lunch ? lol:
Yeah not good. I had 3 slices of a medium Hawaiian pizza (~1000 cals ??; 20 pts ??)
Snack:
Peach (60 cals; 1 pt)
Grand total: ~1630 and 30 pts.
So I talked to Brosef and he said "let's work out." (we didn't have a plan for today)... I said "I just ate pizza." He said "WHY?!? We're trying to train for a half marathon!" So today was going to be my "off" day, but then I felt guilty so I ran over at 8:20 because I thought that I could get a 1/2 h. swim in (my legs are killing me)... which isn't like me to say okay I have a 1/2 h. I can work out (I NEVER have thought that was ENOUGH TIME)... So I quick run over there, change and then I would have had a half hour. NO warm up, no stretching, no getting use to the water. I just do the American Crawl (?? Front Crawl ??) from the get-go WHICH I NEVER DO BECAUSE I SUCK AT IT. But last time I swam, I really worked on it and I think that I improved A LOT. It's so hard for me to breathe on time, but I had myself set to doing that THE WHOLE TIME. I was thinking I COULD DO IT.
But...
After eight minutes, everyone got kicked out because there was a tornado north of the city. So, there went my workout.
Also, I am a huge geek so I decided that I would wear my hr monitor last night after I worked out just to see what I burn doing "whatever". I ate, was at the lab, went home and watched a little tv. FOR FIVE HOURS I BURNED 975 calories. That is insane if you ask me!! Geez. I just wish I knew how much to take in per day...
