My wonderful friend, M* made sure I got salad without the dressing. She's the best.
So I had salad w/o dressing. YUMMY! And a lunch sized WHOLE WHEAT PASTA w/ a tomato sauce. Very good. I also had two breadsticks. I was holding myself to one, but you know how that works... six points for two.
bfast:
the usual (banana, milk, cereal) 6 pts; 370 cals
lunch:
salad, pasta, breadsticks: 620 cals; 13 pts (I THINK I DID WELL! AND AM ACTUALLY STILL FULL!! I also had THREE glasses of H2O.
Now to book club tonight, which I won't drink because we're going to run for an hour tonight.
