Went second week in a row! -2.8 ... not too bad considering my McDonalds fiasco.
I am keeping R around. She is good for me. A lot of fun and she motivates me. She also got me to go to an hour long spin class. So YAY! Okay, going to take a nap. Can't be productive on three hours of sleep...
We have been setting weekly goals, too. It's nice having someone to hold you accountable.
Last week's was eat more fruits and veggies.
CHECK! I didn't get all I should get in, but I GOT A LOT IN! Small steps.
This week's goal:
Only eat out ONE time this week... and continue to eat more fruits and veggies and drink more water!
